Eczema-prone skin

Atopic eczema is one of the most common skin diseases, affecting up to 20% of children under the age of 10 in various forms. However, it would be wrong to assume that the disease is rare in adults. Atopic eczema is a genetic, chronic, inflammatory skin disease characterised by dry skin and intense itching. It is often combined with atma bronchiale, which is why we speak of the so-called dermorespiratory syndrome. The main problem of atopic eczema is excessively dry and itchy skin. Regular repeated application of lubricants called emollients is therefore absolutely crucial.

The skin of atopic patients is often very sensitive and reactive to any stimulus, so it is necessary to test every new product on a small patch of skin first. A proven tool in this case are baths, either directly in the spa or home baths in natural mineral salts.
